Volunteers were participating in a wide range of trainings for four days. Education was conducted by high-qualified “EXECT Business Training” business trainers.

Elena Pervushina, the deputy director of Moscow Financial-Industrial University "Synergy" Volunteer Center, noted: "Organizing trainings for 200 candidates seemed to be a hard task from the beginning. But the team of professionals and their assistants coped with this without effort. As a result, very bright, unusual, modern and interactive training turned out. Volunteers were filled with the spirit of the Olympic Games and were inspired with new volunteering ideas".

A volunteer Inna Makusheva marked: “People of different age, social status and specialization became a great large family. The idea of volunteering united us. We found out new things about Olympic and Paralympic Games, the history of Sochi and various kinds of sport. To my mind, it’s an excellent opportunity to meet with future colleagues with whom I am to work in the great sport event ever. Building the image of Russia is in our hands. I want to express my gratitude to our trainers who put their souls into us and were glad for our sake".

Moscow Financial-Industrial University "Synergy" Volunteer Center also thanked the Worldwide Olympic Partner the Coca-Cola company that supported education and provided its participants with beverages.
